Applicability: The e-gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Singapore (on app or www.zalora.sg) and is valid for multiple transactions until the balance is used up or the card expires. Returns and Refunds: The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the e-voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. The e-voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired. Validity: E-gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. How to use ZALORA Gift Card:
1) Sign in to the ZALORA Singapore app or www.zalora.sg and add items to your cart;
2) At checkout, go to "ZALORA Voucher" enter the e-gift card code, and click “Apply”;
3) Proceed with checkout as normal.
